My Poor Cat Needed Help
March 30, 2010
My cats got fleas one time and we can absolutely assure you that there will not be a second time. The ordeal was horrible! We in no way had a kitty that had fleas before so we didn’t understand what was happening. We had not a clue that our cat was absolutely infested with fleas. She was eating normally and we did not really notice her scratching. I noticed something scurry over her body about her head one day and had no idea what it absolutely was. I didn’t think that my kitten could possibly have fleas. She never even ventures outdoors. Well, she did. She required frontline for cats.
The dog probably gave them to her. We knew when the puppy had been infected. We understood how to handle it. We got him some medicine. We though the medication would kill the critters. Nope. Not really. The ones that were dumb enough to hang in there did. But there were a handful of sensible fleas in the lot. A number of those critters that knew that the good times were over. They instantly measured up the kitty and jumped the dog. They were onto our cassie cat like mold on a shower curtain.
They misused virtually no time making her miserable. The dog was healing up better fast. Naturally he was. The creatures on the dog were either dropping dead or leaping off.
Poor cat. At least we can identify the symptoms and are a bit more more cautious with our cats overall wellness. We’ll never permit that to occur once more. The best way to understand is by screwing things up. Too bad for the cat we had to mess the cat up.
